Technical Operations Manager
Markham, ON

$60,000-70,000 salary

In this role you will support the parts and service initiative of a leading fashion accessory brand.

Responsibilities

• You will develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• You will support customer complaints.
• You will review repairs, parts, warranties and profit performance.
• You will manage and order inventory as required.
• You will create and maintain department revenue and expenses.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
• You communicate effectively with superior oral and written skills.
• You are comfortable manipulating spreadsheets using your advanced Excel skills. 
• You have strong organization and time management skills and thrive in an environment where you create processes and increase efficiencies. 
• You have a clean criminal record.
