Regional Business Development Manager

Staffing Firm

Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to join our team as a regional business development manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the staffing industry, coupled with a passion for market development and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the GTA region and surrounding areas.

·        Prospect new potential clients and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.

·        Collaborate with the leadership team to identify market trends and growth opportunities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

·        Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to contract closure, ensuring clients' needs are fully met.

·        Analyze sales performance and develop action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

·        Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a business development sales role in the staffing industry.

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·        Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage time to achieve set objectives.

·        Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
