Proposal Writer

Synergie Hunt is looking for a Proposal Writer to join our team. This person will be responsible for the analysis, writing and compliance of public and private Proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, create, edit and format written proposals in response to requests for proposals from public and private sectors and other entities.

• Prepare proposals and make them impactful and visually appealing.

• Provide direct analytical support to update the CRM with the required information for the proposal process.

• Analyze potential clients’ technical requests for proposal to identify areas that need improvement and incorporate this information into subsequent proposals.

• Ensure that all relevant proposal information is collected and reviewed for accuracy and compliance based on the specifications and requirements of the RFP.

• Work in close collaboration with Account Managers and Management.

• Meet RFP deadlines by setting priorities and target dates for candidate recruitment, information gathering, writing the proposal, reviewal and approval, while coordinating the requirements with co-workers and consultants.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English to be able to support all our offices in Canada.

• 2 to 3 years of experience writing and responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP).

• Strong analytical skills

• Attention to detail.

• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office products.

• 1 to 3 years of communications/writing experience or a degree in a related field.

• Previous experience preparing proposals in the recruitment field would be an asset.
