Summary of the role:

In this role you will manage the entire product development lifestyle. You will coordinate relationships with retailers, manufacturers, marketing and other departments.  You know how to take ownership of a task and will dig in to get things done.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

·         You are a strong negotiator and problem solver with an eye for innovation

·         Your strength is maintaining solid relationships with suppliers and clients

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

·         Using a variety of data, you will drive decision making

·     Coordinate customer product orders to the overseas factory and manage delivery from to meet the clients demands and standards

·     Source, cost, testing, forecasting, production and promotion of products

·         Understanding customer satisfaction is the key

·         Attend industry trade shows

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

·         Experience in CPG industry

·         Effective written and verbal communication

·         Creative mindset

·         Proficient in MS office including Outlook

·         Mandarin or Cantonese an asset

·         Ability to travel internationally required
