LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREPERSON

Hamilton, ON


$35.00 per hour + pension and benefits

 

In this role you will supervise landscape projects, coordinate and schedule activities and ensure adherence to safety standards

 

You are able to replicate design into project, manage crews and products.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will manage a team of workers (2-5) 
  • You will work outdoors creating amazing landscapes
  • You will perform physical tasks
  • You will ensure a safe working environment

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have at least 3 years of landscape experience
  • You have at least 3 years of interlock experience including walkways, patios walls etc.
  • You are experienced in a supervisory role leading crew members
  • You are capable of physcial labour
  • You are detailed with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • You understand blue prints and specifications
  • You have a G class licence with a clean driving record
  • A Landscape diploma or certification is an asset
  • You are experienced with snow removal and ice management
