Inside Sales Coordinator
Stoney Creek, ON

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

As a member of this leading supplier to industries including automotive, aerospace, food, construction and more, you will provide exceptional customer service, while supporting the team.

Responsibilities

• You will provide customers with sales quotes and product application support.

• You will support the Sales Manager and Purchasing coordinator.

• You will maintain exceptional customer service over the phone and email.

• You will enter orders accurately.

• You will develop and maintain business relationships with customers in a professional and ethical manner.

• You will complete sales order processing within Microsoft Dynamics GP

Requirements

• You have experience in a similar support role.

• You are looking for a position to grow in.

• You have a positive attitude and are willing to help the team.

• You have superior time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• You have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• You have experience with GP (asset).
