Reconciliation Specialist
Remote
role
$
27.00 per hour
In
this remote role you will reconcile disbursement
transactions.
Responsibilities
·
You
will analyze accounts and data to ensure accuracy.
·
You
will run reports using Excel.
·
You
will confirm all posting of payments and investigate any
discrepancies.
·
You
will work with other teams to ensure timely completion of all
tasks.
·
You
will maintain client and correspondence files and respond to notices as
appropriate.
·
You
will follow company standard operating procedures in processing of checks and
reports.
·
You
will ensure quarterly and yearly reconciliation reports are completed.
·
You
will respond to any government inquiries.
Qualifications
and Requirements
·
University
degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience and/or
training)
·
Superior excel
skills.
- Analytical
with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong
capacity to capture accounting information.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
- Ability
to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, work well in a high-pressure
environment.
- Highly
organized with a strong attention to detail
- Dedicated,
enthusiastic, independent, and self motivated.
- Bilingual
English/French an asset
- Clean criminal record search
