Customer Service Representative
Mississauga, ON
$19.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
In this role you will schedule delivery appointments, coordinate freight and enter information into the system.
Responsibilities
- You will track and trace freight movement.
- You will coordinate with the customer and ensure the freight arrives as scheduled
- You will be in contact with transport partners
- You will enter data into the system
Requirements
- You have worked in a customer service role within supply chain or logistics
- You are comfortable working with administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- You effectively interact with team members and clients
- You have a clean criminal record
Hours of work: 9:30am to 6pm (training will be scheduled between 8:30am and 5pm)
There is an opportunity for the role to grow into a permanent position.
