In this role you will be handling incoming telephone calls and tracking data through Excel. This is a busy fast paced environment.

Monday to Friday afternoons with occasional Saturdays. 

(training on day shift) 

Customer Service/ Dispatch
Etobicoke, ON

$17.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay

Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm for training

Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 9:00pm (timing may vary)

Occasional Saturday shift

In this role you will be handling incoming telephone calls and tracking data through Excel. This is a busy fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• You will answer incoming calls and relay information
• You will receive and sort and distribute reports
• You will track data using Microsoft Excel and prepare spreadsheets
• You will communicate in a professional manner

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to multitask in a highly fast paced environment
• Excellent phone skills
• Clean criminal record
