INBOUND CUSTOMER SERIVCE REPRESENTATIVE
FRENCH and ENGLISH BILINGUAL
WORK FROM HOME
Salary: $19.00/hour + 4% vacation pay weekly
Shift: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
In this role, you will carefully respond to incoming contact centre calls and provide superior client service to using your exceptional communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will respond to incoming calls with a professional attitude
- You will provide superior customer service by active listening and sensitivity
- You will document information
REQUIREMENTS
- You are a quick learner, organized, engaging and effectively offers solution
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication English/French
- You have at least 2 years customer service experience with superior interpersonal skills
- You are a problem solver and pride yourself on your attention to detail
- You are confident working with MS office.
- You have a clean criminal record search
