In
this role you will support the project management team with the execution of
medical claims processing. You will offer superior client service standards in
all interactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will enter data in the system

You will communicate with internal and external customers
-
You will work in collaboration with the project team and internal operations to meet project priorities
-
You will participate in the development of telephone scripts, website text and business rules to ensure quality results.
REQUIREMENTS
AND SKILLS

French and English written and verbal communication required
-
Healthcare related education and/or experience is preferred
-
You are comfortable dealing with sensitive information
-
You have experience drafting written content
-
You have sharp critical thinking skills, sound judgement and strong attention to detail

You easily collaborate in a team environment
-
Experience working with a database
-
Superior Microsoft office and computer skills

Previous claims or similar Experience
-
Clean criminal record
