Bilingual Recruitment Advisor
Based in Toronto, ON

Work from home position

6- month contract with potential of extension

$30 hourly

In this role you will join one of Canada's leading professional services firms providing audit, tax and financial advisory services.  You have at least two years of recruitment experience and are fluently bilingual in French and English

IN THIS ROLE:

You will run and end to end recruitment process focused on hiring talent for audit and tax practices

Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years combined experience working in a contingency/retained search environment coupled with corporate experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French

Experience running an end to end recruitment process

Experience hiring Audit and Tax professionals is a bonus
