Assistant Store Manager
Bradford West Gwillimbury, ON

$40,000 - $45,000

In this permanent role you will assist the company to achieve operational excellence. You are someone who possesses hands on leadership and guidance.

Responsibilities

• You assist in setting and achieving sales targets. 
• You will analyze sales performance and implement action plans for improvement. 
• You will execute promotional campaigns and suggest marketing strategies.
• You will maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. 
• You will oversee inventory levels and ensure stocks are maintained at optimal level. 
• You will assist in recruiting, training, and development store staff. 
• You will schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests. 
• You will prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and other operational metrics.

Requirements

• You have minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear. 
• You have a High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 
• You are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment. 
• You have a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays. 
• You have ability to stand for extended periods and able to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
