Administrative Support

Calgary, Alberta

Starting at $45,000 per year


In this role you will provide administrative support to a busy investment firm. You offer exceptional customer service and a strong administrative presence.



·         You will provide administrative support to portfolio manager

·         You will liaise with clients, and team members to facilitate account activity

·         You will process account opening, closing and ongoing administration

·         You will assist with event planning, meetings, presentations and other events

·         You will prepare monthly and quarterly reports

·         You will greet clients and handle phone calls



·         1-3 years experience in administrative support

  • Experience working in the investment or financial services industry is an asset

·         Experience with a CRM system an asset

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team-based environment
