In
this role you will manage the financial activities of the Administrative and
Accounting Departments.
Responsibilities:
- You
will take care of full cycle accounting.
- You
will collect, organize and oversee annual audit and government audits as
needed.
- You
will comprehend and supervise all administrative and accounting processes.
- You
will oversee preparation of reporting.
- You
will ensure accounting records are accurate.
- You
will accurately file government remittances on time.
- You
will manage the payroll for the company.
- You
will manage monthly stock flow and inventory order analysis.
Requirements:
- You
have completed a CPA or similar accounting designation.
- You
have an advance knowledge of accounting concepts, techniques and
principals.
- You
have strong computer skills.
- You
preferably have previous inventory and cost accounting
experience.
- You
are analytical, comfortable working with a large amount of data and detail
oriented.
- You
communicate easily and effectively.
- You
are organized, a problem solver and comfortably resolve complex problems using
accounting principles.
