Accounting Assistant
Oakville ON
In this role you will support the accounting team with Accounts Receivable and Payable functions.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage Accounts Payable and Receivable for the organization.
- You will enter orders
- You will manage collections
- You will prepare reports and statements.
- You will handle monthly schedules and closings
- You will assist with annual audit.
Requirements:
- You have an accounting diploma with 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a general knowledge of accounting concepts, techniques and principles.
- You are detail oriented and accurate
- You have strong analytical skills and comfortable manipulating a large amount of data.
- You have strong computer skills
- You have a positive attitude, trustworthy and interact well with team members.
